1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence


3. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, you may choose replacement, exchange, or refund.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bKash, bank transfer, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via mobile banking or bank transfer.


4. Delivery & Return Charges

  • If the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective, Whalee will bear the return delivery charges.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
